Q: What payment methods can I use?

All GESi websites accepts the following methods of payment for purchases:

*Credit Card Gift Cards can only be redeemed for orders less than the full amount available on the gift card. Orders cannot be split between two forms of payment when using a Credit Card Gift Card.

Q: How does PayPal work?

 PayPal is used to securely send payments over the Internet. You can choose to pay from your PayPal® account balance, a credit card, debit card or bank account. To make a PayPal® purchase, select PayPal® during checkout on the GESi Web site and choose your method of payment. Your funds are transferred immediately and securely.

PayPal® is highly secure and committed to protecting the privacy of its users. Its industry-leading fraud prevention team is constantly developing state-of-the-art technology to keep your money and information safe. When you use PayPal® to send money, recipients never see your bank account or credit card numbers.

Q: When will my order ship?

GESi endeavors to ship purchases within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Each address you instruct us to ship to, including gift-recipient addresses, is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges.

We ship via UPS when you choose the standard delivery option.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Samoa and any P.O. boxes are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. 5-Business-Day and 2-Business-Day delivery options are not available. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery.  The delivery time for APO shipping may vary.

Delivery schedules are estimated. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing.

Q: When will my order be delivered?

Pending order verification and credit approval, orders placed prior to noon Pacific Time and shipping to the address listed with your credit card company as your official billing address will arrive as specified above. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.

Q: What does it cost to ship my order?

 GESi  provides an estimate of shipping costs when viewing your online cart.  However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: Do you ship outside the United States?

Currently, we cannot service orders placed from or shipped to locations outside the U.S.

Q: What if I change my mind and want something difference after my order is placed?

 Once an order is placed at any GESi website, you cannot make changes. For assistance please call our Customer Service Representatives at 425-895-1773.

Q: Can I ship to an address other than my own?

No.  You must provide GESi with the billing address registered with your credit card company.  With the exception of rental equipment for specific events, any shipped items must deliver to the address registered with your credit card company.  (Please note: The information that you store in your address list is for your use only. will not contact anyone listed unless we have a specific question about a delivery.)

Q: What if I am not pleased with my selection? Can I return the purchase?

Returns and exchanges must be made within the guidelines in our Return Policy.

Items must be in the same condition when originally shipped to be accepted as a return.

The full amount will be credited to the original tender (credit card, gift card, or online gift certificate) if returned within 30 days of the ship date on your invoice and accompanied by the original invoice.

After 30 days products are not eligible for return or credit.

All returns will be credited to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified on the return/exchange form. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.

Q: What will it cost me to make a return or exchange?

Q: Will my order be taxed?

GESi does not charge sales tax on the purchases outside the state of Washington; however, this is subject to state and local regulations in all 50 states and could change at any time.

Q: I live outside the United States. Can I order from GESi?

Currently, you can make orders from GESIEvents.com but not RainierPC.com.

Q: What do I do if my item arrives damaged?

Q: Can I see a record of my transactions with GESi?

By registering with us, you can check your order status online through the Order History area of your User Profile. All of the details regarding past purchases will be conveniently stored for you in an organized listing. You can also check the status of an order placed with GESi by contacting our Customer Service Representatives at 425-895-1773.

Q: How long does it take to process my return?

Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing. We are not able to issue credit until your return package has been received and processed.

Q: Why should I register?

Registering with GESi isn't required to explore the site, but it will allow you to fully enjoy GESi Not only will shopping be easier, but your entire experience with the site will become more personal and convenient over time. You cannot make purchases or use E-mail to a Friend without being registered.

Registering allows you to maintain an account with GESi Return customers can store credit card information for easier shopping, review order history, check current orders and edit billing or shipping information.
